The Challenge

Create a brand-new website for a niche, insurance service while capturing a refreshing vibe. The site is slated to be text-heavy with a need to explain the function of the company itself.

The Solution

Ease of navigation was the end-goal of the website layout and UI. Yes, a sleek look was needed to breathe life into the content-heavy website, but getting the user to understand the service and to their specific branch of this service was paramount.

The Outcome

A mature, yet clean-looking website, balancing the deep blue brand color with vast amount of white to allow for text to flow. Presenting the different facets of the service right off the bat leads users into their specific need while an interactive test engages the user to find out more about what services they can improve on.

Evolving the Brand

Claim Toolkit came with an existing logo and color palette. We chose ‘Raleway’, a strong sans-serif font that reflects the trust and credit that Claim Toolkit should instill. An iconography system was also build for a quicker read for information.

Website Key Focus

Educate and convince users that the Claim Toolkit will increase efficiency for their own service. Explanation of the provided services is key and allowing them to test for themselves takes them one step closer to conversion.

01.

Quickly explain the services provided by Claim Toolkit and provide a simple path to the different types of ‘toolkits’ provided.

02.

Convince the user that their Claim Representatives team’s skillset can be improved through the services provided.

03.

Provide multiple, clear paths that lead to contacting Claim Toolkit. This streamlines opportunity for conversion.

Interactive Skills Test

Claim Toolkit allows users to take the claim representative skills test. This test allows the user to be quizzed on one of the four types of claim rep sections available: Auto, Audit, Compliance, or Total Loss Tax & Fees. This functionality is a quick way to keep the user engaged and once completed, directs the user to a contact form which increases the chance of conversion.
