The Challenge

A gigantic release message and design was called for this groundbreaking introduction. This is the first 24 oz. can for the outdoorsy, Pacifico brand and I was tasked to make a splash in the retail pool.

The Solution

Big, bright, clear, and direct messaging paired with a massive image of the new 24 oz. can. The idea was to be as direct as possible while tying in a bit of fun with the copywriting.

The Outcome

You can’t miss this creative callout or beefy beverage in-aisle. Utilizing the bright, Pacifico colors, the title was arranged and designed to hold interest while acting as a quick read. The can image was meant to be the hero of the design.

The New 24oz Can

This campaign was chosen by the Constellation Brands marketing team from a pool of different concepts. The can steals the limelight of the layout while the supporting copy is a close match. I wanted the text treatment to match the adventurous nature of the brand, pulling in subtle map graphics and cues while not crossing the line into illegibility.
